Yes — the silicone is microwave safe. Remove the lid before heating to let steam escape. Because it's LFGB-certified, you're heating food in a material tested to a stricter standard than FDA.
It's a generous single-meal size — comfortably holds a full lunch like a grain bowl, pasta, or a salad with sides. If you want something larger or tougher, the 950ml stainless steel bento is the bigger sibling.
Choose silicone if you want to microwave it. Choose stainless if you want the toughest, most rugged option and a bit more capacity. Many people own both for different days.
